Grace was so excited for my friend, Andrea, to bring over her new baby, Mae, last weekend. All day Saturday we heard about how she would hold Mae, feed her, and play with her. Andrea also has a little girl, Hannah, who is only 4 months younger than Grace and the two of them have blast together. As soon as they got to our house, Grace wanted to hold Mae but after less than 30 seconds, she was up and ready to play. So much for wanting to play with the baby the whole time!
Hannah and Grace had a blast together and I got the opportunity to cuddle baby Mae and visit with Andrea. She, best of all, got a second to relax with no children to take care of! I love time with babies when they are so tiny and quiet! Mae is especially relaxed for a baby and just loves to lay and look around.
