Photograph taken by Chrstina from Closer to the Heart Photographybaby #2 will be here in October 2010! I have been avoiding this blog a lot because I just wanted to shout it out since we found out! Most of our family/friends have been told but we were finally ready to put it out in "blog" world. We found out we were pregnant on Valentine's Day which was such a fun date to find out!
The baby is due October 24th, which is the day after our 6th anniversary! As Pat said when we heard the due date, "guess we know where we are vacationing this year for our anniversary!" Things have been going well, we had one scare but got to see the baby on an ultrasound at 8 weeks and the little heart was beating away. It was amazing so see him/her so early, with Grace we did not have an ultrasound until 20 weeks.
I was a lot sicker this time and lost about 10 lbs in 4 weeks but I am feeling great now! Completely worth it but this time has definitely been a lot harder. Grace is very sweet and would "take care of me" when I was sick. She is the sweetest little girl and I know she is going to be an amazing sister.
Can't wait to keep you updated on this new journey! And as one of my neighbors mentioned, it will also be time for a new blog title!
