Even though they were predicting blizzard like conditions today, Pat would not allow me to even discuss the idea that school might be closed today. He believes I curse our chances when I talk about it, so the subject was off limits last night! GVSU usually never closes (today was the third time in the 8 years I have been there), but we were surprised and excited to find out we had a snow day today! It is very yucky outside and I am very glad that we did not have to go out this mess!
We have spent most of the day just playing and enjoying the free time, and trying to keep up with Grace is who is constantly on the move. Although she is still very excited about crawling, she is now more interested in using the wall as a way of walking. She can now make it from one end of the living room to the other, just using furniture and the walls to balance. Scary to watch, but she is very good at it! She also enjoys playing with the walking toy that Uncle Nick and Aunt Ashley got her for Christmas- at first she fell a lot and needed a lot of help, but as of yesterday she can navigate the living room with very little help from us!

I was JUST taking pictures of Addie with her walk behind toy today! Grace is much better at it!
Grace is so adorable!! Love the video! I get scared when Avery tries to walk using the wall since we have wood floors. I don't want her to fall!
