Roth Family of Five: Better late then never!

I never really posted pictures or any updates last week, so I thought I would give a quick update!

Grace officially has two bottom teeth and the top two started coming in this past weekend. Looks like two more are coming in on the bottom, so she is one crabby little girl, but can you blame her? Sleep has been hard for her, and she is chewing on anything she can her little hands on, including my knee if I am sitting on the couch! Guess the saying when it rains it pours can apply to this situation- no teeth forever and now they just keep coming!

Grace is now eating a ton of table food, she seems to really enjoy all of the veggies that Pat and I can't stand, so that is good! We are eating them with her, which is also good for us, but green beans are still a real challenge for both of us! I really enjoy eating dinner with her, and seeing her enjoy what I make, gives me a little push to cook different things- ok, who am I kidding, gives me a push to cook at all! Overall, this has been a great addition to our everyday schedule.

Her newest trick is the ability to drink from a sippy cup! She was struggling with the regular sippy cups, but she is doing great with the sippy cups with straws. She gets very excited when she sees the cup, and it actually makes me a little sad to see her take this step. Reminds me that she will be 1 before we know it, and will only be drinking from sippy cups and will not need us to feed her anymore. Nice in some ways, but still makes me a little teary that is she is growing up so fast!

Well, there were some quick updates! Pat and I are busy with work, the puppies are sleeping Winter away and waiting for Spring like the rest of us, and we are all trying to keep up with Grace! Hope everyone is staying warm- enjoy the pictures!
