First Haircut or torture- you decide

We decided to finally take Grace in for a real hair cut and she was not happy! She is in what I call the all strangers are scary phase which made getting her hair cut very difficult. We made it through in one piece and many tears later we had a very nice hair cut to show for it!

She looks like a little girl to me now, starting to really realize she will be 2 in less than month. Where did the time go?
