For the love of bears...

Have you ever seen the movie Brother Bear? Well, if you have not, I could recite the whole thing for you since I have seen it at least 100 times. Grace watched this for the first time at Grandpa Tom and Grandma Pam's place months ago and is OBSESSED with this movie. She now thinks she is one of the main characters, Koda.



We have a bear in the house. This kids imagination just kills me, when she loves something, she becomes it. When Bolt was a hit in our house, she was a dog. When she watched Kung Fu Panda a couple weeks ago, she was doing martial arts on the poor puppies.

I am hoping this "Koda" stage goes quickly because being growled at in public can be quite embarrassing. Yes, while we were at the doctor's office today, I told Grace to sit down and received a very loud "growl" to the delight of everyone in the waiting room. At least people enjoy her grand imagination and get a kick out of it!

So, I believe I will show her some princess movies this week, princesses sing but tend to not growl at their family or friends. This might be the way to go....
